5% of the total value (item cost +domestic freight + international freight + Service Fee) is at your option. Any damage or loss accurs, we will help you claim with insurance company to protect your interest.

For other items which haven't cover the insurance, we only take responsible for them in our office, if the parcel leave our office, any damage or loss is not our resposibility.

Any traceable shipping method with your correct mail address is highly recommended.
