How to use shopping cart
1.Register an account as our member of taobaotrends.com, it's simple and free.
2. Login in taobaotrends.com, you will see a User Menu on the top-left of our website, and then click the menu "Submit your order".
3. Paste the Taobao URL for your desired item in the text field with any other instruction (e.g. Red color, Size Small) and submit it, if you several items, pls repeat.
4. We will confirm your order after communication with the seller within 24 hours if the seller is available, if order is confirmed, you can make first part payment (Item Cost+Domestic Shipping Fees+Our Service Fees).
5. If you agree our quotation and issue the payment, we will contact the seller as per your instruction of the order, and buy the items for you.
6. When the items arrive our office, it takes about 2-4 days, we will check the items to make sure they are in good condition, re-pack and weight them, and you make the second part payment for international shipping fees.
7. Once we receive your payment, we will send out the parcel, and inform you the relevant tracking No.
8. Your receive our parcel 4-10days.
